Hello! There's no way to know ahead of time which cards may or may not require an action later.

The only way to know is when you attempt a payment.

Also, this would prevent you from taking payments from a huge number of cards/people, and is not recommended even if it were possible.

Why don't you want to take payment if a next action might be required?

No i am saying is stripe will charge customer automatically if the action is require from customer may be like 3d auth then how the payment will auto deduct
