Hello! We don't usually send emails in test mode, so that's probably expected. Do you see the Invoice and the related Events that you would expect? If so, everything is probably working normally.
I think everything else is working as usual. I just had a discussion with one of your collegues and I understood it as if I use my Stripe account email (already logged in) as the customer email, I would receive the 3D authentication email

We do send some emails in test mode when the email address matches the email on an account used to log into the Dashboard, but the behaivor is nuanced and has a lot of gotchas. I do not recommend you rely on or expect to get any emails from test mode.
What's your ultimate goal?
My ultimate goal is to test the email I recieve for the 3D authentication, and then use that email's link (or button) to verify the transaction
I guess I should use the invoice hosted link then?
Also, I remember like even in test mode, we had a "Send Invoice" button so we could send it manually. Is it not the case now or for my scenario?
Personally, I prefer if I could test the thing closest to what our users might experience in the production
Using the hosted Invoice link will give you a similar experience, yep. Aside from if you've already tried using the exact same email address you use to log in to Stripe and didn't get the email then you'll need to fall back to other approaches.
