Unfortunately as far as I know, Checkout cannot restrict billing address countries. I can file feedback about that but for now I think this would only be possible with a custom elements page, or if you collected address info upfront, created a Customer object, and passed that customer's ID to your checkout sesion

currently we can only limit by adding the shipping_address_collection but is not ideal... if in the future that can be done also for the billing_address_collection would be great!

Yeah definitely, unfortunate when we don't quite support a use case so some compromises have to be made. Do you have a good idea of which way you want to go from here?

I think that for now I will leave the shipping address enabled...
