Usually you can disbale/enable link via this dashboard settings:
https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/link

However you are using a connect account to smoobu, I don't know how they are managin your Account

#

You need to reach out back to them and see how are they integrating Stripe for you and to disbale Link for you if you don't have access
