for past 3-4 times, it's the same beahviour , the customer has card added .. the payemtn should be deducted automatically which doesn't happen. Then we send them an invoice , they manuallly pay again and it succeeds
with the same card?
but the card was declined by the issuer

ok i think they tried with different card
they must have been either card testing or just using different cards each time
in that case you need to ask your customer to go to the Customer Portal and change their default payment method
