I'm sorry to have to redirect you, but we mainly help with developers who want to integrate directly with the Stripe API here on this channel so we don't really have the expertise to help with regards to your specific issue/question
it’s regarding why the api has blocked my payments for this customer consistently for 3 weeks and then now it hasn’t leading to a chargeback which has locked my account
I don’t have any access to funds and they have not responded sadly 😦
blocked charges and locked accounts doesn't fall under our area of knowledge. I'm sounding like a broken record here, but unfortunately there's really nothing that we can do to help you on this channel and you'll want to reach out again to Stripe Support to nudge them about your situation
Is there any way you can direct me to them as I haven’t heard from them since 36hrs ago
and the account being closed is getting closer and frankly I’m extremely worried
I understand there isn’t much you can do thank you and sorry for bothering
just it’s a very critical case
