Hello! We'll be with you shortly. Below are links to other discussions we've had with you in the past week in case you want to review that information. If your question is related to one of these previous discussions, please provide a comprehensive summary of the current state and what you need help with now. We help many users simultaneously, so a summary allows us to resolve your issue as soon as possible.

Hi there! Can you share more details on what you're trying to do exactly?

Hi, we are sending the revenue recovery email and what we need to know is how many of our users have paid from the link provided in that email.

I understand that the mail can not be measured, so I was thinking of measuring the payments that came to us by manual actions of users from checkout or directly from the invoice domain.

Gotcha. No, I don't see a way to measure this. I was looking for anything on the PaymentIntent or invoice to indicate that the customer completed payment via the Hosted Invoice Page

you can't find anything?

Hold on a second. Which kinds of payments are you trying to differentiate between exactly?

All payments coming directly from the hosted domain page

*hosted invoice page

Gotcha. No, there's nothing in the PaymentIntent or Invoice specifically to let you know whether it was a recovery payment

#

If these were invoices that should have been charged automatically, you could try to deduce this from webhooks. Like, if you received an invoice.payment_failed event and later received an invoice.payment_succeeded event after you sent a recovery email to a customer

is going to be very distorted. It is that many times the retry is approved even if the payment method has not been changed.
