ok thank you, because I want to use the checkout session but i don't want to allow people to use certain countries for billing

like for example i don't want them to use countries that are not within the EU

due to my company not being able to invoice them properly

Unfortunately I am not seeing a way for Checkout to do this. Radar can block payments by country but it would just show up as a decline to your end users so they would not know why they were getting declined https://support.stripe.com/questions/block-a-card-based-on-location-using-radar

I think at the moment you would need to make an Elements page, collect the address yourself, and restrict the country selection in your own dropdown
