We asked for this to be enabled for all our connected accounts and we were added this week. I have sent multiple emails to stripe support but still no luck, they can't help me to fix this error it's been almost a week since I raised this issue
MOTO is a private feature so we can't discuss it in detail on discord. But based on the error, it is possible that the account you're trying to test MOTO on isn't correctly configured to access MOTO features.

when I request MOTO to be enabled in all our connected accounts, is it just for production? I assume is for all test connected accounts as well right?
Yeah I have done that a few times but they always send me to email
If configured correctly, it should work for Live and Test mode both yes.
how come you guys don't have access to MOTO support here even though is dev related?
