you'll need to use Stripe Connect for this, and the oerson selling consultation needs a Stripe account.

which type of connected account will yoiu use? Standard, Express, or Custom? https://stripe.com/docs/connect/accounts

In this case you can only use Destination Charges or Separate Charges & Transferts

I haven't checked this options yet, do you think it will be able to solve it they way I have described and create both cost and sell invoices for all 3 parties?

no it would only create one Invoice for the end user

Also as i have said, consultant might have different vat rate and I dont see option on his express account to set tax amount, will that be a problem?

So how can i solve this? It must generate invoices for all parties because both platform and counselor must have invoices in order to properly deal with taxes, how companies ussualy solve this problem? Create invoice on webhook after confirmation of successfull payment or what?
