Yeah we wouldn't know why that isn't showing on the Dashboard I'm afraid. Better off speaking to support

No but ive had this before and i fixed it without stripe i work in the IT Feild

and i use Stripe for my business 🙂

and you wont be able to open a customer portal link they gonna go to your customer portal website enter thier account email on file and then it sends them an email and they are logged into the customer portal, you will only see "Open Customer Portal" if your in testing mode 🙂
