It looks like you can disable the trial ending email but the invoice email will get sent out unless you have all invoice emails turned on

Depending on your usecase you can try scheduling a subscription to start and then in your code you can provision your trial service to subscriptions on an active schedule rather than subscription's with a status of trialing
