You can configure this event in your Dashboard to be sent a few days before the renewal: https://stripe.com/docs/api/events/types#event_types-invoice.upcoming

Invoices are only partially customisable. You will need to design and send your own if you want full customization.

one more question, if i want to resend a webhook event to my own local listener (opened using stripe listen cli command)
where can i find the webhook id to add it to --webhook-endpoint=<endpoint_id>
