I'm talking about using billing portal flow
I know i can modify it with a direct call
The subscription_update_confirm flow is what i wanted to use so i can have a consistent confirmation page for any action a user takes, but since i cant modify billing anchor with that flow, i can't use it

The billing portal is more limited in the worfklows it enables but I can request this feature.

If billing anchor was supported in portal configurations for flows, that would work. Ideally it would be great if the overall billing portal config supported different settings for upgrade and downgrade, as any service that uses credits and doesn't want to use proration will probably want to differentiate that behavior
