Hi 👋 I'm not sure offhand exactly when that event is triggered. Do you already have live traffic in your account, or an external account set up in test mode so payouts are triggered there? I'm thinking you may be able to search the Event logs for your account to see if/when that Event was emitted in comparison to the related objects.
