Hi there 👋 are you adding the domain to your Platform account or Connected Account? Can you share the ID of the account where you're trying to register the domain?
Hello! Thank you for the prompt reply.
I have added and verified the Domain in the platform account. This is the domain ID: pmd_1OduRZFGJvVMA04XwpOqtKPG
This is the ID of the connected Account I am trying to add it with: acct_1OdqaG2ZUnVnDsnI
If you set it at the Platform account level, you won't see it in the dashboard when viewing the dashboard as the Connected Account.
Looks like the domain was registered for the Platform Account, but has yet to be verified so far.
This is the response I get from the API for the paymentMethodDomains.(create/validate/list) method
Yes, I have veryfied it on the platform account. There I see it.
I thought that is is verified, at least for test mode here.
Sorry, I'm confused. You're listing domains for the Connected Account, but you registered the domain on your Platform Account so it isn't expected to be on the Connected Account (it will still work for Direct Charge connect flows though).
That is where you trigger verification from
Ah, yes!
My intention is to enable direct charges with Apple Pay etc. over the domain. I thought I had to first add it to the platform and then to the connected account?
Or is it sufficient to only add it on the platform account?
You only need to register and verify the domain on the Platform account, that should be sufficient for Direct Charge flows.
Great, thank you!
