Kinda yes, i'm using fully custom the stripe integration with custom accounts, this is why I choosed Express Checkout Element.

I also have turned on the paypal but it doesn't trigger any modal to do smth else (https://stripe.com/docs/payments/paypal/connect-your-paypal-account)

in test mode, on live it triggers but i want to test first

Ok so i have to request onboarding to stripe? I got it right? That for test mode...?
