Google Pay isn't available to users from India. I'm afraid that it's nothing I can help here.

Is your Stripe account based in India?
If it's, then your customer won't see Google Pay even if they are outside of India

how to get account id from stripe dashboard

You'd typically see it at the bottom of the Profile page, starting with acct_xxx
I can test using just the URL (account ID might not be necessary)

Okay so my colleague is seeing the Google Pay option
So users in the US should be able to see it too given they have the Google wallet configured correctly and are logged in to their browser

Yes you need real cards, but Stripe won't charge the amount if you're using your test mode API keys.

I don't believe we have any docs that reflect this but when you use your Test mode API keys, we swap the card details on our end so the test mode payment is made using a test card instead

Stripe test card information can’t be saved to Wallet in iOS. Instead, Stripe recognizes when you’re using your test API keys and returns a successful test card token for you to use. This allows you to make test payments using a live card without it being charged.
