It looks like the customer name is not being passed back to the dashboard on all transactions.
We see it on failed transactions in the test environment. We do not see it on any successful or cancelled transactions in production. Is this an API limitation or is it something we are doing wrong on our end
The screenshots here are from the dashboard. The one with the redacted payment intent ID is in production
Can you paste one of the test mode Payment Intent IDs here which has the info displayed, and then another one which doesn't have the info displayed?

As far as I can tell you're not doing anything wrong, and the underlying data available via the API for both has the information. I'm not sure why the Dashboard is only displaying it in some cases and not others.
Since this is a Dashboard issue the best course of action would be to report it to Stripe support and work with them to find a resolution: https://support.stripe.com/contact/email
