if the application property https://stripe.com/docs/api/webhook_endpoints/object#webhook_endpoint_object-application is null then it's an Account endpoint

ah okay nice, thank you. Could you clarify how is that application property set? when creating the webhook I'm only seeing the option to set "connect" to true. but the docs for that property suggest that it's linked the webhook to a specific connected account id.

you don't have to pass in the application property when creating the endpoint we will do that on your behalf

each platform has 2 application IDs one for test mode and one for live mode
