looking at the Invoice, I see 12 lines items in the dashboard. is something missing there, or it's only missing in the invoice.payment_succeeded?

yes I see the same thing on my end, and that doesn't look expected to me. I'll raise this issue to the relevant team for investigation.
in the meantime I recommend you to contact Stripe support to notify them of the issue: https://support.stripe.com/contact. make sure to include all relevant object IDs
