shippingaddresschange event prompts us to validate the address on the server, which responds to say if the address is valid or not. Additionally the server provides the list of line items and shipping rates, which get passed to the resolve() function.

I think this issue would be better addressed over email since we'll probably want to work with a test environment of yours, see your code, etc.
