Country is not required for a successful card payment so this wasn't added to the CardElement. It's not visible in the web/non-mobile version of the CardElement either

There's no setting to display a country field in the CardElement. If you need to collect country information and cannot migrate to the PaymentElement, I recommend adding a custom input field on the same page as the CardElement or earlier in your checkout flow
