Hello! We send emails when webhooks have several failures. If you want to see if there are failures sooner than that you can list Events by delivery_success: https://stripe.com/docs/api/events/list#list_events-delivery_success

I don't believe there's any configuration for it, we send it to owners, admins, and developers on the account I believe.

I searched for "stripe webhook" and don't see any emails

our account has had webhooks failed to be delivered so wondering what I'm missing in case you have any ideas 🙏

The emails aren't something you can turn off. See here: https://stripe.com/docs/webhooks#disable
