No 3ds is something required by issuers
If they require it for a transaction, it's required
Always up to the issuing bank
So is there no way to charge the connected accounts card without going through it?
If you're charging a card, 3ds is always a possibility
What guide are you following?
Charging a connect account can mean different things
yeah, we are working on charging the account using transfers. But for now would like to charge the card, it is a card already created in stripe like card_xxx
We have standard and express.
Ah ok for your express accounts you can follow: https://stripe.com/docs/connect/account-debits at least
But for standard, best would be to just create customer on your platform and charge them
Could use a bank account as a payment method instead of card if you like
And use payment intents?
yeah
does it work for both standard and express?
If you're creating a customer on your platform w/ a payment method and charging it, it can represent anyone
It has no relationship to the connect account
So, yes
Ok, they are customers for sure. Will try this method thank you
Do you happen to know an example of the property I should send on the payment_method parameter?
I know but how should the account payment method id should look like?
