You should be able to do that via the dashboard iirc

we can only change listened event and webhook description

Huh interesting, I thought you could change it via the dashboard. Checking..

The other easier option would be to delete and re-create the webhook with the same URL but a new API version

if you end up re-creating the endpoint, you ~~may~~ will need to change the webhook secret in your code.

Having trouble loading the webhook page but this portion of the docs implies it should be possible via the dashboard
