What i'm actually doing: I register with a valid card in order to proceed through checkout, and then use the portal client to switch my card to one invalid. And then use the test clock to change time and see the webhook

The first one only asks for 3DS on initial payment, try using the second one

This is not possible too with the second card

Since the authentication is asked when I add the card to the portal
