Does using Klarna have a limit, is that why it is showing as an option at checkout?

Looks like you created a Payment Link which attempts to save a PaymentMethod for future use

Klarna are only for one-time payments

For Klarna it looks like amount of transaction does matter for the options they show: https://stripe.com/docs/payments/klarna#payment-options

But I'm not seeing specifics on exactly what the cut offs are.
