Can you show me how you are creating your checkout sessions?
According to our page, bancontact is EUR only and setting it up for subscriptions and recurring payments has something that involves SEPA, so those will be two things for us to look at https://stripe.com/docs/payments/bancontact

I don't know how to create this, it's all done automatically so far. I just use stripe as a payment processor.

If you're using Shopify you need to get support from them. We can't help with a Shopify integration here; we don't know which Stripe features Shopify does or does not support.

I've already integrated Stripe into my Shopify and I'm already using it. I just want in my checkout customers to be able to choose to use bancontact. I've made it active in my Stripe dashborad but it doesn't show up in my checkout on my Shopify.

Right, that's what I'm trying to tell you: Shopify needs to support Bancontact, and I don't know if they do or not. You need to ask Shopify. Just because Stripe supports something it doesn't mean Shopify's integration to Stripe also supports it.
