Depends how you are creating the payment methods in the first place. Are you already using Checkout, Elements, or something else?

I am using checkout session

I believe if you set this param to required, Checkout will collect more info https://stripe.com/docs/api/checkout/sessions/create#create_checkout_session-billing_address_collection
