hmm I don't see what the problem is

#

I have updated the subscriptions with cancel_at_period_end: true and for subscription schedules I have updated with end_behavior: "cancel"
sounds good
However the subscriptions does not get cancelled.
yes. It will be cancelled at the end of the period, that's what those parameters you're mentioning, do.
. In dashboard that shows as cancels soon after days the scheduled time has passed.
yep, indeed, and that is expected, and that's what I see when I look at that sub_xxx too

Not sure what you expect?

thanks for the reply! In the dashboard, this is scheduled to cancel on Jan 24, 5:39 AM UTC, which is already passed. so that end of the period and the cancellation schedule is not the same? bit lost here.

#

sorry missed one more thing, the plan duration is a day, and the subscription started on Jan 23, 5:39 AM UTC, so can I assume that period end is Jan 24, 5:39 AM UTC?

ah right

#

yeah the problem is your account is rejected for fraud/risk so we disabled the recurring logic(so as not to spend resources on it) so the cancellation is never processed

#

I'd suggest just using a new account for testing instead and just never enter any real information it it
