We updated the individual's last4 to 0000, and for about 30 minutes the account sat in a pending state with the following in the requirements structure:

If you retrieve acct_1ObrsoQ702ehKzF3 now, is legal_entity.personal_id_number still pending verification?

It looks like it transitioned from a pending to verified state about 7 minutes ago, so about 22 minutes after we updated the individual with the last4 SSN
