Yes but I'm doing it my account my client is from USA so if I use that account will this issue get resolved any idea? And is there anything that I need to setup in connect part of the portal

I can't answer hypothetical questions like that. The best way to find out would be to try it with a US account in test mode and see what happens.

To add bank account details so that it's visible in stripe dashboard

Sorry what I was trying to say that is there any way so that the bank account details of a customer can be seen in stripe dashboard for the purpose of upi payment

If you set up and attach the bank account details to a Customer they can be reused for future payments, yes.
