i have a web site of products perfume, the cliente try to make many times an order from my web site but at the time of payment nothing happens. I don’t know the error and I never received payment error email.
until two weeks ago it worked well

I'm sorry but right now it's like saying "my car doesn't start, it's in my garage at my home". I have zero way to help you if you don't find information first. You're the developer you said, your code is making API Requests to Stripe. You should be able to find logs about what's happening/not working
