You can only have one external account so this won't really work.

You should set up multiple accounts in this case like indicated here: https://stripe.com/docs/payments/account/multiple-accounts

Then you would initialize with the relevant API keys based on the version of the shop

But do I need other than WooCommerce Stripe Gateway plugins to be able to add more than one API keys?

Ah if you are using the WooCommerce plugin then you would need to reach out to WooCommerce about this.

Not sure if they have native support already for routing between multiple accounts.

But because they control your code you would need to speak to them.
