Within the screen to manage the plan, the "Payment Methods" section contains details of the payment methods used by the user. Who has visibility of this type of data (us, Stripe) and who, where, and how will they store it?

We are developing a custom design for the user to manage his own subscription plan (payment method and billing information) inside the application.
What I need to know is where and how the user's payment and billing data are managed and stored by Stripe (i.e. for automatically subscription renewal).

It is stored internally on our servers. I can't really share more than that here -- if you have questions about data privacy/security then you are better off working with our Support team via https://support.stripe.com/contact/login . We just focus on technical questions about our API here.
