hi! not really no but you could write to https://support.stripe.com/?contact=true to explain your use case and ask for options like over-refunds which might be available to merchants in certain categories.
But otherwise the options are
- refund other PaymentIntents for that same customer until you reach the total
- onboard the customer as a Connect account and send money that way
