Is this link one-time or multiple usage? If it's one-time, then Checkout Session should be used: https://stripe.com/docs/payments/accept-a-payment?platform=web&ui=checkout

It is one time
But I don't think I can use that because we use an older version lf ASP.NET that Stripe does not support and I'm worried if we upgrade it, it will break our system in some way.

the code showing for .Net is using ASP.NET Core, and we don't have that. It's just the original ASP.NET before Core came out.
