Maybe you can answer this --

In the API - do we need to watch for time limit for reverse transfer or is this allowed at all times?

We want to allow our clients to refund via the API- but not sure if we need a perameter/attribute that watches for time limit

You'd listen for balance.available webhooks or make a Balance Retreive API call to get the current balance before creating the Transfer
