I have a question and I would like to offer Stipe as a payment method for my sales but I would only like to offer Paypal and Klarna as payment method with installment payment!

You can set the payment methods that show up on payment links on this page of your dashboard settings https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/connect/payment_methods
