There are several things I want to change actually. First one is changing "per unit" to "per minute".

Second is a way to hide all the "pay as you go" products or possibly bundle them into one. Right now it's overwelming to see so many products on one subscription.

First one you can configure when you create the Product with unit_label I think: https://stripe.com/docs/api/products/create#create_product-unit_label

I see. Is there a way to update the unit_label throught the dashboard? or do i have to do it through the API?

yep it's in the Dashboard UI too on the Product page when you go and edit its details
