in the API you can set metadata instead, which is not the same thing but also appears in the Dashboard at least

it wasn't built ino the Notes feature when it was developed and it has never been prioritised in the years since unfortuantely

any other idea how I can add any "internal" comment for a subscription change? I like to add more infos from my software to stripe so inside stripe I can see directly relevant information. Notes would be perfect for this case...

You can specify up to 50 keys, with key names up to 40 characters long and values up to 500 characters long.
