When I test adding it to my checkout page when I try to pay it redirects me to a stripe page? Will the customers be redirected to a Paypal page to add their account information? Or do I need to do anything else?

yes this will only happen in test mode

#

in live mode the customer will be redirected to Paypal to authorize the payment

#

this is equivalent to the 3DS flow in test mode vs in live mode
