We command our customer to create a new version Webhook use 2023-10-16. And our deduct money flow is add a creadit card then deduct auto when they use our service. They told me an exist creadit card can't deduct money with new Webhook.

Sorry, I'm not understanding the problem. Can you share an example evt_xxx ID you're trying to process and what specific error(s) you're seeing?

Customer have two Webhooks. And before he added a new Webhook, he store creadit card in our system. Our expected is when there have fees Stripe can deduct money from store creadit card auto. But now it didn't
