Hello! Can you give me a bit more context? Where are you seeing "custom integration"? Are you following a guide?
Settings > Payment Methods
Only cards and apple pay are "Live", the BNPL options we'd like to use are under "Eligible" as "ready to integrate
Status for these are active, but say "You can add Affirm to your active integration."
They do not show as eligible payment options on our clients' invoices
I think you're looking in the wrong place. For Invoices, you need to look here: https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/billing/invoice?tab=general
Scroll down to the bottom and look at the Payment methods section.
Yes i Started here, where only Afterpay shows as a greyed out option that says "activate"

I'm not sure what's going on there, to be honest. It seems like your account doesn't have those payment methods activated/available for some reason. I recommend you contact Stripe support so they can look into the issue and advise further: https://support.stripe.com/contact/email
