Yeah unfortunately statement descriptors aren't always what you send the network. Ultimately it's up to the network/bank, and somethings things get borked. That's a bit outside of Stripe's hands. We sent TRYOTTER* JUSTSALADNYC to the network when processing the charge it looks like
