Yes the rist insights are dashboard only available, there are not available in the public APi:
https://stripe.com/docs/api/identity/verification_sessions/object

AFAIK, I don't see any going private beta for this, but you can reach out to Stripe Support at
https://support.stripe.com/contact
And double check if this could be achievable in the (near) future
