Can i set the amount for the amount of subscription the user buys the first time

When i make a setupintern and de status is success. How can i charge becasue de mandate is null?

You shouldn't worry about mandates if a Payment Method is set up correctly.

When i setup correctly and via recieve setup intern i collect the payment id. i get the error "The payment method is not attached to a customer."
