What doesn't work? Can you share the error details?

I installed the split pay plugin on my e-commerce site to split payments with stripe and in test mode it works and finds the connected accounts, but in live mode it doesn't and I don't understand if it's a stripe connect problem with the plugin because the webhooks are correct

This channel is for direct integration with Stripe. For third-party integration such as Split Pay, I'd recommend checking with their Support as they control your integration with Stripe that we don't have any visibility
