Canceling a subscription is at terminal state of a subscription. It can't be renewed: https://stripe.com/docs/billing/subscriptions/overview#subscription-statuses

but if i cancel then i can see renew button but once i sign out then sign-in again i cant see

It's likely that the page is not up to date. A canceled subscription can't be updated

can i remove that small check box which is under pause ?

Unfortunately, the checkbox under pause subscription is not configurable
